Ryan and Paula’s story is something that can be perfectly described by the saying “Love comes when you least expect it.” As untraditional as it may be, this two met on a dating app. Despite being only 5 mins away from each other, it took them a while before they both decided to meet and everything just fell into place.
“One of the reasons I didn’t want to date a westerner was I was afraid they were too forward or “liberated”. Ryan was the exact opposite of my worries. haha
It took him 3 months to hold my hand and 5 months to kiss me. Ako pa nag-initiate! We started living together in March 2017. Had a civil wedding on August 23 2018.”
